3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
TAZAWWAD is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your international order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
We are not liable for shipments delayed or lost due to courier service issues, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or force majeure events.
If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
